CalComp’s Vistagraphic 4200 series, introduced in 1984, was the 640×520 resolution member of the Vistagraphic 4000 family of intellegent raster displays. The line of upward compatible members includes the 1024×768 4300 series and 1024×1024 4400 series were designed for use in applications such as process control, CAD/CAM, mapping, simulation and training and engineering analysis.
