A group of seven young women alerted police when they noticed a drone hovering above them with a recording light on, landing a group of men who were operating the drone in court. The sunbathers were enjoying one of Majorca’s nude beaches, and observed the men gesturing at a tablet and laughing as they appeared to operate the drone from a luxury yacht anchored nearby, off the coast. Spanish authorities have passed the decision on whether or not to charge the men on to the courts, as voyeurism by drone is too new for police to address themselves.
